Tempe appliance repair
Tempe sits between Phoenix and Mesa, and the appliances split along with the housing. South of Baseline — Warner, Ray, Guadalupe, the 85283 and 85284 ZIP codes — is mostly single-family houses with a kitchen and a laundry pair that have been there a while.
Closer to ASU, Mill Avenue, and Tempe Town Lake, 85281 is a mix of older houses and rentals. Spencer comes to the address either way. If the machine is in a rental, he still needs a way into the kitchen or laundry room and someone who can approve a repair.
Spencer Blaylock is the owner-operator, with 13 years repairing kitchen and laundry appliances. You talk with him, and he is the one who comes to the house. For a rental, send the brand and model if the sticker is reachable, and say whether the property manager has to approve the repair before parts go in. Spencer will not start work you have not approved.
