Microwave
No heat
The light and turntable work, but food stays cold.
What this usually means
A microwave that runs but does not heat is usually the magnetron, a high-voltage diode, or a door switch that is out of sequence. We will say if a replacement makes more sense than a repair.
What we typically check
- Door interlock sequence
- High-voltage diode and capacitor
- Magnetron
- Whether the unit is still worth repairing
$89 diagnostic / service call fee, applied toward the repair if you move forward. Repair work is quoted after diagnosis — we do not publish parts or labor prices online. Call or text (480) 881-4759 if you want to talk it through first.
